Growing Fast

Considering the number and scale of residential developments planned within the project’s zone of influence, the site has all the locational characteristics to ensure the success of commercial development.

The site analyzed benefits, overall, from good location conditions. Its location along Marcel-Villeneuve Avenue, approximately 4.5 kilometers from the Highway 25 access ramp, will provide the project with good accessibility and visibility. The new commercial establishments that will be located there will therefore be situated along an artery that is widely used by the residents of the sector on their commute.
